1. Programme access requirements
Residents in Spain that meet any of the following requirements:
· Be at least 65 years old.
· Be a retired pensioner in the Public Pension System.
· People receiving a widow's pension in the Public Pension System who are at least 55 years old.
· Other pensioners in the Public Pension System and early retirees, being at least 60 years old in both cases.
· Submit an application.
2. Period for the submission of the application
The deadline for applications will be June 28, 2011 and applications may be submitted to the following addresses:
