The celebrations will begin at 11:00 AM with the departure from the Patronato de San Juan. The procession will feature horseback riders, beautifully decorated carts, and neighbors dressed in traditional flamenco attire. The group will advance towards the Fairgrounds at Parque de la Paloma, where they are expected to arrive around 1:00 PM.
Upon arrival, the Town Hall will host an opening toast at the municipal tent, marking the official start of the day's activities. Throughout the journey, a jury will evaluate the decorative displays on the carts, an iconic and visually stunning element of this celebration. At the Fairgrounds, starting at 2:00 PM, the jury will begin reviewing entries in the highly anticipated paella competition, with free tastings provided by the Town Hall at 3:00 PM.
The musical performances will kick off at 4:00 PM at the municipal venue and will continue until 8:30 PM, featuring the orchestras Trenzao and Rompeolas. Additionally, various local associations will hold gatherings and activities to honor San Juan, the patron saint of Arroyo de la Miel.
