Spanish Cookery Course

A group of almost 50 foreign residents from different countries were participating in the Foreigners’ Department Spanish Cookery Course, last Tuesday. The Councilor for Foreign Residents Adolfo Fernandez describes this initiative as “another step in the integration of foreign residents in our town”.

Participants learned to cook several typical dishes including cazuela de fideos a la malagueña, meatbolls in tomato and homemade custard.

After helping to make the dishes, the group sat down to dinner to enjoy the fruits of their labour, washed down with Spanish wine.
