Charities receive donations

THE Mayor, Paloma Garcia, attended an event at which money raised at Saint George’s Day celebrations was given to local associations. The sum of €1,400 was given to the Association of Alzheimer Patients and Relatives of Benalmadena (AFAB) and the Association of Adapted Swimming (ANABE). The celebrations were held in Plaza de la Mezquita, on April 20.
