Saint Patrick’s Day were celebrated in Benalmadena last Friday. The event was organized by the Irish Association of Spain with the collaboration of the Foreign Residents Department of Benalmadena. The main event took place in the parque de la Paloma where there was plenty of food, drink and music.

The Mayor Victor Navas, accompanied at the event by Foreign Residents’ Councillor, Ana Scherman, wished everyone a happy Saint Patrick’s Day and encouraged them to continue celebrating their traditions in their new home, Benalmadena. They said as well that the town hall will continue to work towards the integration of foreign residents in the town.
