What an event! The small Gallic hamlet welcomes Gudurix, the chief’s nephew, who has entrusted Asterix and Obelix the mission of making of him a full-grown man. But, in spite of his air of superiority, this teenager from Lutecia is a real coward, and the training he is subjected to doesn’t change anything. meanwhile, the Vikings disembark in Gaul looking for a ‘fear champion’ capable of teaching them how to fly, because he thinks that ‘fear gives you wings’. The Vikings kidnap Gudurix, and Asterix and Obelix must find him. They go to the Great North in search of their young protected man who is involunteerily involved in a complot; he met the beautiful intrepid Abba and realises that love has the same effect that a punch… It’s a clash of cultures! This film is based on the famous comic ‘Asterix in Normandy’ by Goscinny and Uderzo.
