In a small island called Impy’s Island live Porfessor Tiberton and his son, a penguin, a lizard, a shoebill and a sea lion, all of them in a democracy, with parties and meetings, and even the unavoidable problems with neighbours.

Suddenly, the animals spot an egg floating by an iceberg. It hatches, and out pops a baby dinosaur called Impy. The animals are delighted, but it would have been better to call him Bart Simpson as he is causing chaos in the island!!!!
