The workshop will be given by the Legal Adviser of the Equality and Women delegation and will deal with Separation and Divorce Procedures, Regulating processes for the custody of children born in de facto unions, Alimony and Compensation Pensions; Regimes of visits and parental relationships - specialties of the Guardian and Shared Custody - and Requirements, procedures and documents to access the Justice for free.
