This path goes long a hill side among pine-trees and take you into Sierra de Castillejos. It starts at a diversion walking through the Tajo de la Sabia route, and then you carry on along the side of the mountain until you get to an old water pipeline in a small room, which used to supply Benalmadena Pueblo in the past. This old path takes you to El Quejigal area, an important ecological spot. Although years ago it burnt, it has now regenerated and today you can enjoy its flora, fauna and different eagle species, match how Spanish ibexes climb the rocky hills, etc. This is one of the few places where there is water all year round.
