Tens of thousands of distinguished gentlemen in hundreds of cities around the world will wear their headscarves, twist their mustaches, iron their tweed clothes and ride their classic and vintage custom motorcycles in order to raise funds for awareness on male health, especially for prostate cancer research and suicide prevention.

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was founded in Sydney, Australia, by Mark Hawwa. He was inspired to take a picture of Don Draper, by Mad Men, astride a classic motorcycle and dressed in his best suit. Mark decided that a thematic ride would be a great way to combat the stereotype, often negative, of motorcyclists, as well as to connect and gather motorcyclist communities.

The first ride, in 2012, brought together more than 2,500 motorcyclists in 64 cities. The success of the event encouraged the founder to consider how it could be used to support a good cause.

From 10:00 a.m., the motorcycles will begin to be concentrated at Muelle Uno in Malaga. At 12:00 h it will be the departure from Plaza de la Marina, crossing towns such as Torremolinos and Benalmádena Costa to arrive around 13:00 h to Puerto Marina. Then the party will begin with musical performances, Food Trucks and beer tasting.

Attendees will be given a pin, an adhesive to place on the motorcycle's headlight and a commemorative t-shirt for the event.
