JOAQUÍN ARAÚJO: “Ecological culture and climate catastrophe”

Ecological and cultural activist for 50 years. He has made radio, TV, cinema, documentaries, writes books and articles. Collaborate with RTVE. He has won more than 50 awards, highlighting: the UN Global 500, considered the most important in the world in his field, and is the only Spanish who has been awarded twice the National Environment Award.

He defines himself as a farmer, since he dedicates most of his time to organic farming. He has planted approximately one tree for each day he has lived, about 25,000. Nominated for the Oscar and the Goya Award for his participation in the documentary Nomads of the Wind, by Jacques Perrin.
