SILVIA SANZ: “How to lead talents”

Orchestra director. He has directed in different countries of Europe, Asia, America and Africa. She is the founder and head conductor of the Talía Concertante Group and its musical formations: Madrid Metropolitan Orchestra and Talia Choir, with a subscription cycle at the National Auditorium, Madrid Youth Orchestra, Jonsui Children's Orchestra and the Talía Mini children's choir.

His work with young people deserved a distinction from the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador for 'contributing to eradicate inequalities through music.' In Addis Ababa he prepared and directed the first concert of the only orchestra in the country after 40 years. In 2017, one of the Top 100 Women Leaders was chosen in 2017 and awarded in the VII Solidarity Awards for Equality MDE (“Women that change the world”).
