Danny Zuko and Sandy Dumbrowski are two high school students who, after enjoying a wonderful summer romance, meet again by surprise at Rydell High School. However, Danny's attitude has changed and he now behaves in an arrogant and callous manner. As if that weren't enough, Sandy doesn't seem to fit in too well with the Pink Ladies, the most popular girl group in high school.
