FRIENDS OF HISTORY: THE MAN WHO LISTENED TO THE FIRE: ZARATHUSTRA AND THE FOUNDATION OF ZOROASTRIANISM
5:30 PM
Friends of History is a collaborative discussion in which attendees can participate both as audience members and speakers.
On this occasion, we propose a journey to the origins of Zoroastrianism, a revolutionary doctrine that eventually became the official religion of ancient Persia in the 7th century BC. Its founder, Zoroastrianism, not only founded a religion in the institutional sense, but also ignited the flame of self-awareness, inviting human beings to exercise their spiritual freedom, to think clearly, to speak truthfully, and to act justly.
Presentation by Rafael García Estévez.
